MOBILE MAINTENENCE DETAILING

For Mobile Maintenance Detailing, each appointment requires a minimum of 2 vehicles and a maximum of 3 vehicles.

Customers can register as many vehicles as they wish in their profile, with each vehicle identified by its registration plate. For each scheduled appointment, they select the registration plates of the 2 or 3 vehicles being detailed that day.

All selected vehicles must be at the same location.

The maintenance price is fixed at $150 per vehicle, plus one call-out fee per appointment based on the distance from our Burleigh Heads workshop.

If the customer fails to attend or does not have the selected vehicles available for the appointment without giving the required notice:

the call-out fee is retained;

$150 of the maintenance booking is retained as the missed-appointment charge;

any remaining maintenance amount is kept as a credit toward the next appointment.

So:

2 vehicles: $300 maintenance booking

$150 retained

$150 credited to the next appointment

call-out fee retained

3 vehicles: $450 maintenance booking

$150 retained

$300 credited to the next appointment

call-out fee retained

Rescheduling remains available only up to 24 hours before the appointment.
