IN-HOUSE MAINTENANCE

In-House Maintenance Detailing is available for new vehicles and vehicles that have previously been detailed by us within the past 6 weeks.

Maintenance is managed per vehicle registration number, and customers can register up to 6 vehicles on their profile. Each registered vehicle can be placed on its own 2-week, 4-week or 6-week maintenance interval. Only 1 vehicle can be booked per appointment, and the customer selects the registration number of the vehicle being detailed for that booking.

Each maintenance detail costs a fixed $150 per vehicle and takes approximately 2 hours to complete at our workshop at 4/16 Hutchinson Street, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.

There is no call-out fee. Customers are sent SMS reminders 3 days before and again 25 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduling is available only until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, after which rescheduling closes.

If a courtesy car has also been booked, the courtesy car must be rescheduled separately and another courtesy car cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without the required notice will result in the full $150 booking amount being charged.
